Process
Identify, prioritise, build, integrate, expand
One framework across automations, voice agents, workflows and AI employees. It describes how an engagement runs, not how any single solution is wired underneath — those differ every time.
- 01
Identify
We map how the work actually runs today, not how the SOP says it runs, and write down where the operational bottlenecks are.
- 02
Prioritise
We rank the repetitive, high-volume tasks where automation creates real value, and say plainly which ones are not worth automating yet.
- 03
Build
We build the first solution around the highest-impact use case and run it on your real work, so you see it functioning before anything larger is agreed.
- 04
Integrate
We connect it to the systems your team already uses, inside your own accounts, and document it in plain English for the people who will run it.
- 05
Expand
Once it is earning its keep, we take the next bottleneck on the list. Or you stop, and everything built so far keeps running without us.
How we work
A partner you can hold to adate, not avague promise
Audit to costed plan
wk
A fixed-fee week that ends in a ranked, costed list of what to automate. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us for the build.
Handed over to you
%
Workflows, prompts, integration code and a plain-English runbook. It lives in your accounts and keeps running if you walk away.
To the first live workflow
wks
We ship the highest-return item first and run it on your real traffic, so you see it working before committing to anything larger.
New tools your team has to learn. Automations run inside the software you already pay for, so nobody logs into a dashboard they will have forgotten by Friday.

Access, ownership, what breaks
What happens if itbreaks, or wepart ways
- It runs in your accounts
- Your CRM, your n8n or Make workspace, your model API keys. Nothing important lives somewhere only we can reach. Revoke our access whenever you like and it keeps running.
- You own everything we build
- Workflows, prompts, agent scripts, integration code and the runbook are yours at handover. No licence, no per-seat fee, nothing held hostage.
- Least access, always
- Scoped credentials, only the systems the workflow touches, NDA before we see anything sensitive. Your data is never used to train anything.
- When it breaks, it alerts
- Every workflow ships with failure alerting and a fallback to a human. APIs change and models drift. The question is whether you find out from a monitor or from an angry customer.
- A human stays in the loop
- Agents hand off on anything they are not sure about, and every conversation is transcribed. No agent talks to your customer without a handoff rule behind it.
- Documented for a non-technical team
- Diagrams and plain-English runbooks, not a repo nobody can read. The test we hold ourselves to: could your ops person restart this on a Monday without us.
What we will not do
- We will not automate a broken process. If the process itself is the problem, we say so and you save the build fee.
- We will not quote before we understand the work. Any number before the audit would be a guess dressed up as a price.
- We will not build something you need us forever for. Handover is a deliverable, not a favour.
- We will not put an agent in front of your customers without a handoff rule and a transcript.
- We will not publish results we have not measured. When numbers appear on this site, they will be real ones from systems we actually run.
